Revive K/D Ratio - In-Game Hud?

Is there a way to change the In-games HUD K/D Ratio to tell you your Revive K/D Ratio instead? When you look at you saved sessions you can see the difference between the two, why not In-Game?

We can not do this because revives are not provided by the API, so we can not update it in real time.
