PlanetSide Arena Fix

There was a stuttering issue that happened if running the Recursion Tracker while playing PlanetSide Arena. This shouldn't have occurred because the overlay is only designed to target PlanetSide 2.

The stutter should be resolved now, and as a side effect the overlay will now work in PSArena.

This Fix broke the Overlay on Win7, dont work anymore in PS2. Overlay works fine till this Update. I have an Backup from the rtst_d3doverlay_x64.dll, but Recursion updates the file after i start it. can i disable automatic updates?
