Error:socket_timeout

I was using RTST fine last night. When i turned my computer one today and tried to use RTST it kept giving me the "error :socket_timeout, and i don't know how to fix it. Some help please?

I'm seeing a number of socket connection errors coming in right now. SOE may be doing maintenance.

I just sent an e-mail to the Census team to see what's going on.

They cycled the service for us. Try again, it may be up now.
