Overlay doesn't show up anymore

After updating to the AMD Radeon 19.12.3 drivers (I think this is what caused it) the in-game RTST overlay doesn't show up anymore. I can hear the sounds but no overlay and no crosshair shows up. Pressing Shift+F12 doesn't bring anything up. Is there a compatibility issue with the Radeon overlay of the new version of the graphics driver or is it something else? btw I'm using Riva Tuner Statistics Server too to see my FPS in the corner of my monitor.
