Error: Player_Missing

Recently I reinstalled Planetside 2 and wanted to use the tracker even though it was still installed. Everything seems fine and everything is still there. Mods, characters, voice packs, etc. But whenever I try starting sessions, they end immediately and gave me that error message. I reinstalled and nothing. It's been a year since I've messed with this. Is there something I need to link?

The PS2 Census player API is down at the moment, it isn't recursion's fault.

Ah I see. Wasn't really blaming Recursion. I thought they updated and I needed to do something or I broke it when I uninstalled PSO2 without uninstalling the tracker.
