Killed SOE dev, but no achievement

So I killed RadarX a few days back and didn't get the achievement for it.

Nobody has earned that achievement yet if you look at the global board. I think it's not implemented yet.

Beta 10 has the achievement, but I don't think we added RaderX. ANyone have a good list of their in game chars?
