Recursion overlay not working at all

So whats going on is that like the stat tracker works, Im running it through admin perms yet the actual HUD stat tracker wotn work, sounds wont work or the headshot/kill things dont pop up at all, how do i fix
EDIT: Im not running admin on PS2 since I dont know how to
