It won't let me add any of my Characters and it also looks weird!

I have been trying to install Recursion for a few days now and it always looks like this:
It doesn't display anything else and nothing happens when i try to update it or repair install

Reinstalling and deleting the folder didn't change anything, so i'm trying my luck here.

Is there a resolution for this problem? I registered for the forum just to say that I can't add any characters.

A server side library broke during an update affecting the component distribution. It 'should' be fixed now.

If it doesn't, try going to Help -> Update -> Repair Install

I had thought that might be also the case for myself as my characters keep disappearing after a machine reboot or from a shutdown but something else is at play here
