Fix for PS2 Crash at 5%

I've received reports from a few users that Razer Synapse has been causing the crash at 5-6% issue when used with the tracker. This may be due to a new feature they added recently of monitoring your input statistics. Please try disabling this feature / Synapse or starting RTST after PlanetSide2.

I don't have a Razer product to test with, but we are still working on increasing overall compatibility with the tracker.

Killing the Synapse process fixed the issues with 5% crashing, Alt+tabbing, and Steam overlay issues. I tried disabling the input tracking but it still crashed at 5%, so fully closing the program seems like the way to go.
