Is this outfit be access but playstation players?

Since Planetside 2 is going on the playstation i just wondering if any of the outfit members will be on and off the game on playstation and would be able to recruit players from there. It would be cool to see a mix of pc and consle players to be in this outfit.

I did a typo on the title it's meant to say "Is this outfit going to be Access for Playstation Players?"
