[Bug?] New players.

So I usually get one or two Welcome to Planetsides week... if I'm lucky.
But lately I've been getting 5-10 a session, and for BR 4s and there was one BR 10...
So not sure if bug or what, just letting you(someone) know :)

Not really a bug per say, but a logic change. SOE changed the way new players are handled in that they actually show up in the API when being new. The logic was updated for this achievement in the newest version (currently in closed beta). Once this is pushed out (soon) you'll get them again.
