Continued loading

Recursion stat tracker refuses to work for me. At the moment I log in with my username etc. However after this it proceeds to continue with the loading screen.
However this loading screen has yet to end. I have tried re installing etc.

I had the exact same issue, the program did not pass the login phase.
Turned out that my firewall was preventing it from continuing. For anyone who has the same issue, find Recursion in your firewall settings and allow it through.
