I noticed it says closed for some reason and it doesn't work when I log in

and when I click start to do it manually

This actually says SOCKET_TIMEOUT. This means you can't subscribe to the DGC websocket server. Do you have a firewall which might be blocking RTST?
If not try the general troubleshooting steps here https://recursion.tk/showthread.php?646-Known-Issues-amp-Fixes
including reinstalling the .NET framework.

I tryed what you said and it didn't work

but I noticed that when I open planetside2 website through google chrome it give me ( ERR_CONNECTION_CLOSED)

but when I try to open it with other browsers it planetside2 website work fine

so I said I tell you and you might help me
