How do I modify/change my overlay?

Hello all, I've been trying to figure out how I change these things around, but I absolutely cannot figure out how to. I was hoping to add Ashley's Crosshair/mill-dot to the base overlay, but how do I edit these? I can't find a guide anywhere. Thanks for any help you can give me.
