Please include the following:


Your OS and version: Windows 8.1 x64 (Including a dxdiag report also works. Also please specify if you are using Windows 8.0 or 8.1 and if it's 32 or 64 bit)

The version of RTST: 0.9.1.2

Description of the problem.

What you were doing last.

Including any logs.txt under the Real-Time Stat Tracker directory can also be really helpful. If you have Debug Log enabled in options there will be multiple log files.

If you are reporting bugs for achievements, take a screenshot of the time before and after the time you think the achievement was supposed to be granted, or may have been granted by mistake. Make sure the data is clear in the screenshot. Make sure time line is either partial or full (not diff), and event board is set to 'All'. Please your tracker username with the post.

Any other details would be helpful if you have an idea what might have caused the issue.

Edit: As of 0.9.2.2 you can now save your session to the server. If you see something odd with achievements, please save your session and reference it in your bug report. Your session includes valuable data that we can use to diagnose/debug achievement issues. You can still report bugs if you don't have this of course.
