Can't sign in

I just got the stat tracker, but for whatever reason, the program doesn't recognize my username and password, even though I know I'm typing it correctly? Am I doing something wrong?

Out of curiosity can you try our beta client https://recursiontracker.com/files/RTST11Beta.msi to see if that makes a difference?

There shouldn't be anything special you have to do to log in, you may want to try resetting your password on our site.
