Character's name invisible, no button add or delete player appearing

So i have this problem nothing appearing on the right i can only interact with mods. Please need heeeelp .................................................. ................

i've tried to delete the app and reinstalled it , deleting the files in prgram files, but same is always happening

Did you uninstall the PlanetSide 2 mod? Because that would do it. Click add mod and choose to Install PlanetSide 2.
