AE commies not working for the Pistol Achievement line

I'm not sure if its all AE commies but on NC all you can get is "Executioner" and "The Commissioner"

I just checked real quick and Pistol Whipped at least has the same Commissioner entries as Executioner and The Commissioner. Which achievements do they not work on?

Run and Handgun and Sidearm Slayer have the same entries as well.
