Resizable window

Title. Being able to freely (to a certain degree) resize the window would be an enormous QOA improvement.

Bonus points if the combinations of Windows key and a direction (like Windows + Left) to maximize the window in a part of the screen are supported.

The main one. That said, being able to also resize the Members column of the BasicAchievementSound Collection Editor would be neat too.

The main window can be resized from the bottom right corner at least, but I don't think that specific window in the sound pack editor is able to be resized.
