Self-explanatory. I hear the audio but I don't get a stat-board, none of my key-bindings work to toggle it and no achievements display, even though the sounds associated with them do. Can anyone help? :P

Your OS and version: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit (6.1, Build 7601)

The version of RTST: 0.9.2.5

I hear the audio but I don't get a stat-board, none of my key-bindings work to toggle it and no achievements display, even though the sounds associated with them do.

Going through the options menu and enabling all in-game images in the configure menu under the voice packs.

My logs are below, I restarted the program multiple times as you can probably see.

Try running both PlanetSide 2 and the tracker as Administrator.

It looks like our launcher for the 64-bit DLL isn't starting. Under options turn on Debug console. Save. Uncheck and recheck Enable DirectX. Does any black console pop up with text? Does a window saying access denied show up instead?

If the console window doesn't open, you might want to try running RTST as admin. If that gets the console, then open PS2 as admin.

That was a simple fix! Thanks so much!

EDIT: To Silencer, Exploding's fix worked for me.

Posting here since this is the same issue and the suggested fix still doesn't seem to work.

I'm trying to run it through steam I've launched Steam in administrator and I've tried launching the launcher without Steam as admin before and after RTST.

If I load RTST before in the console I get
Starting Search... size: 2129920
vTable not found
Failed compatibility test. RTST should be started prior to launching PS2.

If I load it after it says the same thing but doesn't work in game.

EDIT: Running the game on Win 8.1 x64 ver RTST ver 0.9.2.5
EDIT2: Running game on fullscreen windowed if that could be a problem

Are you launching rtst as admin also? It should still work even starting it after ps2... Just not recommended on 8.1 x64.

You can also uncheck and recheck enable direct x with testing it, that's the same thing as restarting rtst.

If both are running you may want to triggering a device reset, by switching ps2 res / going full screen to windowed or back. Rtst may pick up on that and start working.

Yes I'm launching RTST as admin also, It just might be an issue with 8.1 x64

Same errors vTable not found and failing compatibility test

And yeah I'll try playing around with resolution settings to see if that could be the problem.

FYI it will always give that error on 8.1 x64. All it means is our injection method changes if you start rtst after ps2 to something less reliable than any other os. Starting rtst first is still the best option.

Rebooted seemed to do the trick for me, Not sure what was happening there.

Made sure to run everything as Admin so maybe I wasn't running something as admin.
