I had an idea for a voice pack ever since I started using recursion, which was to have a voice pack based off handsome jack I would do it myself, but I have no experience in audio programs, so I was wondering if anyone with experience could make this happen.
According to this thread, there was a Handsome Jack Voicepack in progress in 2014 (not sure of its current status).
If you want to make one yourself, which isn't difficult, I suggest you download some source material, such as this, and compile a voicepack.
I have made a guide to voicepack creation in the Recursion RTST here, which should speed up your learning.
I use Audacity to break up source material into clips for the achievements. It's free, pretty simple to use and easy to learn (you just need to know how to cut/copy and paste for voicepack creation) - you don't need much experience at all.
Have a go and see how you like it.
