Could we have some beep sound every time we hit a target and different sound when we hit it in the head? Like in dirty bomb if you see what I mean.

The client takes its information from the Census API, not the game itself, so anything that isn't supplied by the API isn't available. Accuracy is only calculated in batches on a long timed interval, so there's no way to check individual hits/misses, especially not in real-time and with the minimal latency that a hitmarker would require.
