I don't think the MAD achievement works.
I rocket primary people and accidentally blow myself up in the process, no MAD achievement. Or did you recently add this in the latest build because maybe I just haven't done it recent enough?
It's not live yet and will be in 0.9.2. The rules are the kill and death have to be with different weapons. I think we wanted to try to avoid it occurring on suicide runs. I play tested a bit last night and got it exchanging a kill with lmg vs lmg.
Well that explains that. Sorry I think this icing is starting to melt into my brain.
