Cannot update or uninstall v9.2.5 without the original .MSI

I get this error everytime I try to do both Attachment 1390

There is very little documentation on this subject and I can't find a single forum post.
I have Windows 10, my antiviruses were off, and my Windows defender and firewall were disabled at the times of doing this.

Try downloading that version from here: https://recursiontracker.com/files/RTST0925.msi and uninstalling it.

I'm having the same issue and need to download the *0925.msi to fix it.
