RTST won't connect to the Tracker/Game API

I'm using the RTST for quite a time now, but lately I'm not able to to run it properly anymore. I start the software before I start Planetside 2, select my character name in RTST and select "Start". Yet it keeps saying "initializing" but no achievements, nothing, it doesn't connect 8/10 times. The weird thing is, that every time I launch RTST, Peerblock shows that some IP named "Baltimore Technologies" is being blocked. Is that something related to RTST? I changed modems today btw. Does RTST require some ports to be forwarded? I'm asking this, since Planetside 2 generally requires it too. I'm kinda lost here atm.

Does it show the IP address?

It would either be our server or the SOE API. Our server is on the same IP block as these forums that you are posting on.

Not sure what that is. That is not our server nor SOEs server. Connecting to the address over HTTP responds with 'server'. You might want to get some other tools on your machine to figure out what is opening that connection.
