I tried to open a voice pack (not the folder, the paper-like icon) and it doesnt work at all. I tried this a thousand tiems and it doesnt work. Is there a tutorial for this issue or is it a bug?

Okay, so now i kinda understand my issue now but when loading other voicepack at times, it doesnt tend to load. like when i got all the voicepacks in that one big collection that was pinned for everyone, it doesnt load up alot of them. is it because its not updated?
