Failed to load - RTPluginPS2.dll

I just started having this problem recently. Everything worked fine then one day I started recursion and got this error.

Failed to load the following plugins:
RTPluginPS2.dll

It seems to be related to the Vehicle gunner display mod. I basicly only use that and the crosshair overlay. The crosshair overlay still works, but the vehicle gunner display does not. Stats are not working either.

I have tried to uninstall and reinstall recursion with no result. I of course rebooted many times. I uninstalled .NET, ran the fix tool there. Nothing seems to work. I cannt find anything on search either.
