Absolute paths for dynamic files instead of relative paths

When I try to add files to (already existing) dynamic lists, the new uploaded files are set with absolute paths instead of relative paths. Old ones were and still are fine.

Doesn't change anything for me but I could see how that could become a problem for the voice pack release (actually I don't see how that could not cause massive issues)

Edit: as it turns out, paths get converted from absolute to relative when the program is restarted (I suppose? I actually don't know when that process occurs, it just does), so scrap that thread, I'm an idiot.
