Installer Broken

So, i was installing Recursion Stat Tracker for Planetside 2. Version was 0.11.0.9. The date of installation was 10/2/2020. Upon launching the installer and program, i noticed nothing different, until after logging in. The backround is a grey void, half the options are missing, and almost ALL of the files are missing. I asked the Planetside 2 discord and someone said this:

"if i had to guess, the recursion servers arent properly serving requests for files from new installs
make a forum post about it so they know"
