ok so i've had to restore my computer and ive ran into a problem when i reinstalled recursion, i get an error on start up.
i cant install DX9c because "i have a higher version" and .NET 4.5 is installed.
now ive searched all over but i cant find any reasons why it would not run.
1) i have it running in admin mode (also planetside 2 in admin mode)
2) im using the beta version of recursion under options
3) i do use Logitech gaming headsets (ive killed Lcore.exe from the task manager) ( and have never ran MS Paint)
4) using x64, x86, and AUTO all give the same error.
5) im using legacy hooks
6) tried HELP>UPDATE>REPAIR INSTALL several times
7) tried restarting computer a few times
please, can anyone help ?
im running most current win 10, 64bit.
