streaming-style ingame overlay?

Hey there.

So I just installed the stat tracker recently because of the new ingame overlay. Unfortunately, i had to find out that this overlay is like the tab screen, only showing up as long as i press the hotkey and than covering the whole screen. Is there a way to get a continious (preferably costumizable) overlay just like the streaming overlay ingame as well? Because i couldn't find anything about it, but maybe i missed something.
