Vehicle Gunner Display not showing.

Crosshair and vehicle gunner display.

I've set the keybinds to both: https://postimg.org/image/wz5e4sjl3/

When I press SHIFT+F11 in game, it turns on or off the crosshair. However, when I press SHIFT+F10, I does not do anything. If I press SHIFT+F2, I can see the tab for vehicle gunner display but I can't play the game then.
I ticked the "Show on 0 kills", as well. Still doesn't show up. Tried reinstalling, as well...

You need to make sure to install the "Planetside 2" mod. You can remove the overlay components from inside the mod, but the "Game State" is necessary for any Planetside-dependent mods to function properly.

I've installed that. Is exactly as in the picture. Vehicle gunner kills still do not show.

Do you have your character added and tracked? Do you hear the "session started" sound clip?
