Overlay bugs: switches PS2 client to windowed mode, or crashes

1: Occasionally, the game starts in windowed mode when I have the recursion tracker + overlay enabled. After I switch it back to fullscreen mode via the in-game options menu it stays that way and I experience no other overlay problems.

2: If I forget to close FRAPS, the game will always silently crash to desktop before or very shortly after it reaches the character selection screen. I only use FRAPS for screenshots - no FPS overlay, no recording. No issues if I run game + FRAPS without the stat tracker's overlay enabled.

I always start the tracker + session before launching Planetside 2, but not always before I run the Planetside 2 launcher.

The only other overlay I use is Shadowplay. The crash still occurs if I disable shadowplay but leave FRAPS running. The crash does not occur if I exit FRAPS and leave shadowplay enabled.

Issue #1 may possibly be related to the fact that my desktop res is 2560x1440 but I run the game at 1920x1080.

And yes I've installed, repaired, removed and re-installed the redists ;)
