[Voice Pack] Starcraft 2 Protoss v1 for RTST v10

Voice pack is broken right now.

Any ideas as to why this voice pack won't load for me? It's extracted in the RTST folder like the rest of the voice packs I use but just won't load. Also using the v10 version of the tracker as well.
