Logging the event board to a text file

If you could could put the event log into a .txt so I could read from it in other programs that would be amazing!! It might look something like this

I am currently working on a bot for my stream, and what I am trying to do is directly integrate a betting system with my performance in game. So for example viewers could bet virtual currency on how many kills I get in my current life. If I had a log file like this, it would be quite easy. Or if anyone has any ideas for other ways to do this, that would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
