How to make the stat tracker customize?

I download a customized stat tracker hud but I don't know how to replace the old one with it.

You can also go under Help->Streaming Help for more information as well.

i had the same question, but now i tried to edit the overlay and i cant. i cant right click the overlay, its like it has no hitbox.....



edit: found the hitbox. its was on one off the letters.
