[Mod/Extras] Recursion Version 10 achievement backgrounds

So, I noticed that in the new Version 10+ binary file of recursion, .gifs actually work. That made me want to make an animated achievement picture for in-game. What immediately came to mind was MLG meme. So I made one of those. When I did that, and sicne I've made one for each of the packs I've made, I figured I could make some more. The faction specific ones are with a mostly transparent background. So here they are:

MLG - animated (yes, it actually works in game, I've used it)



MLG - static (for non-version 10/if you ahve any issues)

If stuff like this is something you (royal you) like, I'd be happy to add some more. Just, I see a lot of funny shit popping up with the .gif possibility.
