Possible Fix for everyone who has issues to log in to RT

An outfit mate had an issue that he couldn't log in to the Recursion Tracker. As it turns out it was his .NET framework that was fucked up.
After using the .NET Framework Cleanup Tool and installing the frameworks again everything was working as expected.

Maybe there are more users having the same issue and this tool helps to get the tracker working?!

Thank you for posting that, I forgot about the cleanup tool. On program freezes that don't result in a program handled error message, this would likely help. We can add it to the troubleshooting wiki too.
