Achievement for making someone bail and log out when you kill their vehicle

Like Rage Quit, but after a vehicle death without an accompanying player death.

You wouldn't want it to count if they die (FATALITY) and then log out?

Well that would work well enough as its own achievement but it doesn't really catch the ones who go so far as to log out to avoid death.

We can see about it, but if their vehicle takes damage while they're still in it, then bail out, they can't log out for 10 seconds otherwise the game automatically awards you a kill on them. At least that's supposed to be the game's default behavior.
