RST 10.3 - Get an error message when opening Options/Components

I get this error message:

An error has occurred: Value of '-0,5499969' is not valid for 'Value'. 'Value' should be between 'Minimum' and 'Maximum'.
Parameter name: Value

Apart from that it works like a charm.
