Here is a list of known issues in the current tracker release. We'll update this as new ones are reported or we fixed them in new versions. If you don't see an issue you found on this list, please report it. Make sure you have the latest client first.
Some sound devices, especially Realtek, may cause an error when sound is played. This is identified usually by a waveOut exception. Make sure you have the latest drivers installed from the manufacturer directly. You may want to try uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers.
Additionally if you use a Creative card you may want to try disabling Sound Blaster Enhancements.
*** Version 0.9.2 is available through our Beta Participation update which has a fix for the sound problems.

0.8.1 has been released to address some issues and add functionality.

SOE has been doing maintenance on their database throughout the day which is causing this among other issues. It is only temporary.
