cant get voicepack working

I have been using recursion for a while now and never got around to trying the different voice packs out there. I went ahead and downloaded the bundle in another thread as well as the dead pool one and cant seem to get any working. I have tried the archer pack, Arnold pack, and the dead pool pack which all don't work. I have them selected through the load voice pack menu and it says it is enabled but wont work. I have also tried putting the 2 files in the voice pack folder and in the base recursion tracker directory. Current version is 0.11.0.6 Thanks for any help.
