    Anti Virus False Positive

Since we changed the serializer we use in version 11, we've seen a few reports of it being flagged by Avast Anti Virus. Unfortunately if the file is removed it stops the Recursion Tracker from starting all together and is essential to loading all of our component files. Restoring the file, or reinstalling the software completely will be necessary.

The file is Polenter.SharpSerializer.dll, the original source code here http://sharpserializer.codeplex.com/

Our dll is slightly modified from the original source code for use with Recursion specifically and it also passes online AV checks: VirusTotal and Opswat

A false positive report has been filed with Avast. If any other anti virus flags it, please let us know.
