Eyy fellows, I've been having a problem with RTST: My overlay doesn't work.
I have Windows 8.1, 64 bit.
I had this problem about a couple of months ago but at the time I left ps2, so I didn't mind.
Since 2 weeks I started to play again, in the first week it worked just fine but than I started having this problem (once again).
Every time I start the recursion I get this:

To turn this display off go under
Tools-Options-Configure and uncheck Launcher Window

rtst_d3doverlay_x64.ddl loaded.

My overlay doesn't work, no achievements, no crosshair but I still can hear the voice lines.
This what I've done:
• Tried different display options
• Redowloaded RTST about 2 times
• Started as admin
even after this, nothing happened.
I would really appreciate some help on how to fix it.
