[Voice Pack] Custom Announcments from various sources.

I decided to make my personal custom configuration available, since "why not". The origins of the various announcements are from the following franchises: Team Fortress 2, and Unreal Tournament. Oh, and one clip from a Dave Chappelle stand-up bit; "Gotcha Bitch!!".

Edit 1: If there are any specific tweaks you want for this pack (different TF2 voices, for instance), let me know, and I'll see what I can do.

Edit 2: Apparently, I needed to host the individual sound files themselves. A bit of a late notice from Silencer, but better late than never, right? Link has been updated with the files.
