Reporting on bugs/functionality with windows 8.1 64bit
Program starts normally, no errors or problems occur. Can do all functions with no problems.
Planetside 2 does not display the overlay. External overlay is fine, but the in game directx overlay does not function. Running as administrator for either does not work.
Possible problem: I've heard Windows 8.1 has caused problems with overlays hooking. Most likely due to Windows 8.1 having it's own form of a DirectX overlay of some kind messing with it.
Solution: Throw ducks at it.

Windows 8.1 can be a bit of a pain in the ass. A patch they made ended up breaking all of our stuff at one point.
You haven't been able to get it to work at all though?
