ERROR MSG when Logging into Stat Tracker

[MasTapy]

Hello there. My issue is when i log into the stat tracker i receive an error msg saying "an error has occured: Could not load file or asesmbly. 'System. ComponetModel.DataAnnotations. Version=4.0.0.0 Culture=Neutral. PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35' or one of its dependencies. The module was expected to contain an assembly manifest.

Would like some help with this issue thanks!!! heres is my dxdiag report.
