Web page addresses and interface program for Language option. French and Turkish languages. I can volunteer translators.

I have started looking into the best way to do this. It is not going to be a small task and will likely be some time before we can devote the proper resources to it. But I am interested in allowing the option. I'll let you know when the task progresses.
