This request is based on the helmet HUD overlay effects shown by "lillbabs" in Trinity (link).

It consists primarily of an overlay layer consisting of a helmet visor, but it's been made more immersive by having breathing, heartbeat, slightly muffled audio and converts the normal PS2 HUD into a helmet HUD.

While I doubt it would be good for competitive play, it would be *wicked* for immersion (and potentially streaming).

I'm no kind of programmer, but I don't imagine it could be too hard to have some sort of variable for heartrate which is incremented as you run, get shot at etc. and falls off slowly over time. The breathing speed could be linked to that sort of thing as well.

I dunno. Just a far out-there hope...
