Description of the problem: So Everytime I run RTST I seem to have problems when ingame where my FPS drop all the way to 10 or less, I did read about overwolf and have tried the instructions and also turned it off completly but this has not solved the problems or fixing framework.

What you were doing last: Nothing impacting my PC, Just browsing youtube
